This notice explains how the LMD Express website (lmdexpress.ca) handles information when you visit it or contact us through it.
Information we collect through this website
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to send us:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you provide it;
- the type of inquiry you select and your message.
How we use it
We use these details only to read and reply to your message. Your message is delivered to our business mailbox (info@lmdexpress.ca) by email. The website does not save form submissions in a database, and we do not sell your information.
Security and spam protection
To protect the form from abuse, the website uses a security token and keeps a short-lived, anonymised (hashed) record of recent submissions from each connection, which is discarded after about an hour. Technical error logs do not record the contents of your message.
Cookies
The website sets one essential session cookie when you open the contact form. It keeps the form secure and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Hosting
Like all websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the service.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us through the website by emailing info@lmdexpress.ca.
